Our Story
Welcome to FoxFlow, Inc.
FoxFlow was born from a simple but powerful idea: That a community of leaders, brought together through the Self-Mastery Trilogy courses led by Martha Borst and Barbara Fagan, could make a real, lasting impact. What began as a “Make a Difference” project quickly grew into something much bigger.
At the center of it all is Shelley Gilbert, a Healdsburg local living with Parkinson’s. Shelley teaches her beloved "Bubble of Love" yoga classes four times a week right here in the community. Her strength, joy, and fierce dedication inspired our whole pack to rally around her cause. We haven't stopped since.
Here's what outfoxing Parkinson's looks like in real life:
Year One — we set a goal of $12,000. We blew past it. Over 200 attendees showed up at Bacchus Landing, Shelley led 100+ people through yoga, and we sent more than $50,000 to MJFF.
Year Two — we came back swinging for $100,000 and raised more than $80,000.
Year Three — the pack kept growing. Over 600 attendees filled Bacchus Landing and together we raised $84,000 more for Parkinson's research.
Three years. Three events. Over a quarter million raised for the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
Though our Leadership course has ended, FoxFlow's mission is only beginning. As a proud 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we're here to keep showing up. On the mat, for each other, and for a future without Parkinson's.
