Shelley finds Yoga one of the best ways to keep her body strong and fit. Yoga provides the perfect combination of movements for working on strength, balance and flexibility—important for everybody and especially for those battling Parkinson's disease. She teaches three different practices per week:
* Power flow class -60 minutes
* A calmer flow class alternating between mat and chair yoga -60 minutes
* Zoom yoga for people with Parkinson's and their caregivers -40 minutes
All classes are donation based with 100% of the proceeds going to the Michael J. Fox Foundation directly.
